Every PAYE employee affiliated with Ardent will be furnished with a Contract of Employment and automatically enrolled in our corporate pension scheme. We will take charge of Tax and National Insurance submissions, affording our clients the chance to channel their resources into their core pursuits of business management.

CIS (Construction Industry Scheme)

Ardent ensures that every CIS subcontractor in our payment system will receive a checklist pertaining to Supervision, Direction, and Control, alongside a consistent 20% deduction on each payment, subsequently remitted to HMRC. These subcontractors will be tasked with independently filing their tax returns to HMRC, further supported by an annual statement outlining earnings and deductions to facilitate this process.
